Home security alarm systems are as sophisticated as those used in for businesses and government buildings. A homeowner looking for protection for his family and possessions has a wide choice of systems, from those available to our grandparents to the latest wireless technology.

For those that aren\’t familiar, True Blood is an HBO show based totally on a sequence of books called The Southern Vampire perplexities by Charlaine Harris. The book and the series follows an alternate fact where not only are vampires real, but following the discovery of manmade blood, vampires have come out of the closet, some needing to live a more regular life. The series happens in the little Louisiana city of Bon Temps and follows the main character, Sookie Stackhouse, a psychic waitress who finds herself drawn towards the town\’s new vampire resident, as he is the one person in the town whose mind she won\’t read.

The Good :

The Southern city of Bon Temps gives a fun backdrop for this story. Take out the vampires, and you still have an entire city full of colorful characters, shape shifters, exorcisms and other weird goings on. I am also pumped up about the premise of the story with the idea of vampires fighting for equal rights and some even mainstreaming.

The Bad :

Despite a fascinating grounds and a cool background for the story, season one still depended on too many familiar motifs. The Sookie-Bill-Sam love triangle rang rather too close to the Edward-Bella-Jacob eventuality in Twilight. Sookie sometimes comes off as a small frivolous as she bounces between Sam and Bill\’s attention, and to be honest, during the first season, I never truly saw any reason why we should care about Sookie and Bill\’s relationship except for the fact that according to the script, \”they\’re meant to be together.\”

The vamps on the show were a little not interesting thru the initial half of the season. They either needed to reform and were so fully leaden, like Bill, or they were stuck in some seventies or goth version of being a vampire.

The hit HBO series True Blood was made and produced by Alan Ball. Alan E. Ball born May 13, 1957. He is legendary for writing the film American Beauty and making and making the HBO series 6 Feet Under. Alan\’s TV show premiered on September 7th, 2008 and had 1.4 million spectators.

The 1st season of True Blood had 12 episodes and by the twelfth episode \”You\’ll Be the death of Me\” the show has over 2.45 million fans. When the second season also composed of 12 episodes broadcast on June 14th, 2009, It\’s fan base had grown even more and had 3.7 million spectators. Ultimately when the second season culmination \”Beyond Here Lies Nothing\” aired on Sept 13th, 2009 the show had reached a shocking 5.1 million spectators, making this show one of the most successful shows to air on HBO.

Part of the shows success is definitely traced to the recent Vampire trend sweeping around the globe. Since the show is based upon the \”The Southern Vampire Mysteries\” ( also known as \”The Sookie Stackhouse books ) by Charlaine Harris its arrival was near the beginning of the Vampire craze. Since 2008 there\’s been one or two vampire related television series, flicks, books, merchandise and attire made.

The series revolves around Sookie Stackhouse, a psychic waitress living in the city of Bon Temps, Louisiana, two years after the discovery of an artificial blood called Tru Blood. This blood authorized vampires to allow their presence to be known to mankind. As they struggle for equality and absorption the anti-vampire setups begin to gain power. Sookie\’s world is turned the wrong way up when she falls in love with a 173 yr old vampire Bill Compton.

True Blood season 3 was officially announced by HBO on July 30th, 2009 and will debut in June, 2010. Fans all around the globe are waiting to look at the Season 3 premier. With the rise of access to TV shows online, with out a doubt lots of the fans will follow episodes of true blood on the web.

It’s all too often that photographers find themselves in a situation where they attempt to take a photo and their camera refuses to cooperate. The camera may hunt back and forth for several seconds attempting to lock in on something clear enough to capture. Typically, when the camera does finally capture the image it comes out blurry and out of focus. While this situation is most common for owners of point-and-shoot style cameras, it also can affect owners of more advanced digital SLR cameras. Fortunately, there are some things you can do to prevent such situations from occurring; allowing you to capture great images even when light is a limiting factor.

For most people, upgrading to an expensive feature-packed DSLR camera to improve their low-light photography skills simply isn’t an option. Because of this, the focus of this article will be to provide some simple and affordable suggestions that will help you to improve your images. Before deciding on which option might be best for your situation, it’s important to have an understanding of why cameras often fail to product the results we expect under low-light conditions.

You see, when a camera prepares to capture an image it must first allow the lens to open wide enough and long enough to allow the proper amount of light to come in. The problem under low light conditions is that the camera must tell the lens to stay open for an extended period of time. During this time your hands or other external forces will likely move the camera slightly, thereby creating a blurred image. The goal is to keep the camera still while offering it the light it needs to capture a given image.

The most obvious answer is to invest in a tripod or other device to keep your pink digital camera in a fixed position during an exposure. Once your camera has been placed on a non-movable device, it’s much less likely to be moved by your hands or from light winds. Obviously, this can be cost prohibitive for most people, so the options mentioned above will likely be more feasible. Whatever option you choose, the tips outlined in this article will help you to improve your low light photography skills without breaking the bank in the process.

Get Poor instantly! getpoor.com – My PERSONAL photo collection from 1981. Taken on the USS Fulton AS 11 and the Thames River in New London Groton CT. Watch in HQ – Full Screen – to fully appreciate the quality. Back then, this took some SERIOUS camera equipment to get photos this good… Not to mention WHERE these were taken. I had sent this entire roll of slide film to my father… he developed them… and put them in his slide collection… where they remained until recently… when I had them professionally scanned as BMP files. My actual files are higher quality than this… you can even read the signs that say… “Defense Installation – No Photography” …. in front of the Tridents at EB. AS 11 and the State Pier were not exactly the place to take pictures, either.
